TERMS & CONDITIONS OF OUR WEBSITE
The following Terms & Conditions apply to any and every part of the Homeworld website, and by visiting this site you are agreeing to adhere to the following: Goods are made/held to your choice, colour, specifications and details. Everything is done to ensure that the approximate delivery date quoted is met. However, on rare occasions, delays can occur.
1. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
1.1 The prices displayed include VAT at the current rate.
1.2 We reserve the right to adjust the price before delivery to reflect any unforeseen cost increases.
1.3 A cheque or credit/debit card number must accompany all orders. If paying by credit/debit card you must include your signature and the security number or the order cannot be processed.
1.4 Payment of goods constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined in this document.
1.5 Goods remain the property of Homeworld until payment is received in full.
1.6 Payments made with a creditcard are subject to a surcharge of 2.5%.
2. DELIVERY
2.1 We may deliver your order as part deliveries.
2.2 If you refuse delivery of the goods we may charge you for the cost of the delivery.
2.3 If you accept a delivery with a damaged box we cannot be held responsible for any damage to what is inside as you have signed for the goods.
2.4 Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined.
2.5 For large orders a signature will be required by the carrier. If no one is available a card will be left and you will have to rearrange delivery with the depot within 5 days. If the parcel is returned to us you will have to pay for the parcel to be redelivered.
3. REFUNDS
3.1 If you wish to return any items purchased from us you must give us written notice within 7 days of receipt.
3.2 All returns must be returned at your cost in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.
3.3 Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage charges.
3.1 Special orders made to your specifications are exempt and will not be refunded.
RETURNS (THIS IS FOR WEB ORDERS ONLY)
4.1 We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If the goods are delivered faulty then you can either arrange to return the goods yourself or you can ask us to collect them from you. If you choose the latter then you will be charged £35 or the cost of original shipping (which ever is the greatest) which will be deducted from your refund.
4.2 Whichever of the above you choose please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a charge of as above may be levied to cover cost of failed collection.
4.3 All reports of faulty goods must be reported by emailed within 48 hours and must also included a digital photo of the affected areas of the goods. 4.4 Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them.
