Shipping & Returns

 DELIVERY 
We may deliver your order as part deliveries.

If you refuse delivery of the goods we may charge you for the cost of the delivery.

 If you accept a delivery with a damaged box we cannot be held responsible for any damage to what is inside as you have signed for the goods.

 Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined.

 For large orders a signature will be required by the carrier. If no one is available a card will be left and you will have to rearrange delivery with the depot within 5 days. If the parcel is returned to us you will have to pay for the parcel to be redelivered.

REFUNDS

 If you wish to return any items purchased from us you must give us written notice within 7 days of receipt.

All returns must be returned at your cost in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.

 Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage charges.

Special orders made to your specifications are exempt and will not be refunded.

RETURNS (THIS IS FOR WEB ORDERS ONLY)

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If the goods are delivered faulty then you can either arrange to return the goods yourself or you can ask us to collect them from you. If you choose the latter then you will be charged £35 or the cost of original shipping (which ever is the greatest) which will be deducted from your refund.

Whichever of the above you choose please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a charge of as above may be levied to cover cost of failed collection.

All reports of faulty goods must be reported by emailed within 48 hours and must also included a digital photo of the affected areas of the goods. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them.
